Ikigai is a Japanese concept that translates to "a reason for being" or "a reason to live." Like this graphic, it is often represented as the intersection of four elements: what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. The idea is that finding and pursuing your ikigai brings purpose and fulfillment to your life.
