Keep the Format Super Simple

Don't get carried away and go crazy with fancy formatting, photos, and fonts. It may look cool and set yours apart, but guess what? You want your resume to to get scanned by applicant tracking systems. Anything too fancy might not make the cut, so it's not worth it. Don't believe me? Here's some proof:
